To do so, we have gone outside the world of insurance to help provide a better-quality Physical Therapy experience, while maintaining an out-of-network relationship with insurance to reduce costs to you.
At your request, we will provide you with a superbill for your Physical Therapy appointment, which will have the necessary information to submit to your insurance company to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. This means that if you have out-of-network benefits, you can likely receive some reimbursement for physical therapy services. In some cases, reimbursement can be as high as 80%
Being out-of-network allows Revolution Performance Therapy the autonomy to provide the highest quality patient care, not limited by the administrative burden and arbitrary limitations placed on in-network plans. This can result in higher quality and more personalized care which ultimately leads to better outcomes.

OUR PERFORMANCE TRAINING AND RETURN TO SPORT PROGRAM is a unique program that individually tailored to your specific needs and includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.
The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. We need to master a movement pattern before we load that movement pattern with resistance.
